Our typical on the water inventory includes dozens of tea varieties. We also make many products on a regular basis that are in our cyclical blend system and can be offered at very economical prices.
Beverage House offers many premium and most always available tea concentrates ranging from black tea profiles to more refined, custom blends that we are happy to sample upon request.
If your product requires a tea ingredient that is out of the ordinary, we also offer customized tea ingredients for beverage, food and beauty products.

We customize liquid tea concentrates for large brands to use in the manufacturing of their brand of liquid iced tea. We also create specialty concentrates that are used in the manufacture of food and beverage products offered in retail establishments.

How It Works
We create extracts that are used in stand-alone hot or iced beverages or as ingredients in cappuccinos, espressos, coffees, isotonic drinks, health and wellness beverages, soy beverages, syrups, granitas and more. We also offer specialty tea concentrate kits, such as chai with proven consumer demands and repeat purchase history.
Brewed tea and coffee concentrates are the result of a stringently controlled manufacturing process developed to ensure consistent, high quality coffee and cappuccino blends with no bitterness or harsh tastes. These extracts are used as simple ingredients for hot or iced product … or Beverage House can formulate a more complex ingredient for use in cappuccino, espresso, confectionaries, granitas and others.
Tea Chests or Production Kits
Once the desired profile for a ready to drink beverage is achieved, we work backwards to develop a concentrate kit which yields a large quantity of finished gallons that is compatible with the batching parameters at the co-pack facility.
These custom kits may contain precisely measured blends of tea concentrate only, or might also include multiple tea blends with preservatives, color, flavors, and other desired additives.

- Each Liquid Tea Chest can be packaged with the exact volume required to batch a particular product in a particular plant environment.
